MoodPlay Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 12,2026

This document describes the guidelines and mechanisms MoodPlay follow regarding the collection, usage, and sharing of your information during your use of our Service. It also describes the legal protections and privacy rights available to you.

Your personal data helps us deliver and improve our offerings. When you access our Service, you agree to the data collection and usage practices described in this Privacy Policy.

How It Works

1. You submit images and pick your desired templates.

2. A personalized version of the model is created by retraining a copy using your submitted data.

3. After retraining finishes, your custom avatar is produced.

4. Once the avatar is ready, both the retrained model copy and your uploaded photos are permanently erased from our systems. Certain limits apply to avatar usage under specific conditions—for instance, when inappropriate images (such as nude photos) or images of other people are used without proper authorization.

5. Your personal information is never used for general model training or for building any separate AI products.

We will make every reasonable effort to finetune the AI model's behavior. Nevertheless, you might occasionally encounter material you find unsuitable. If you come across anything offensive or inappropriate, please report it to us at mobilesspecifications65@gmail.com. We will respond quickly, and your report will also assist us in improving the algorithm's performance.

Information Collection

1. Platform Activity Data

MoodPlay may collect data regarding how you interact with our Platforms. This includes records of your behaviors, such as what you click, view, download, or share, along with your video editing actions and any other details you supply during service usage. Such data helps us deliver the full range of Platform features.

2. Device and Log Data

To maintain reliable operation, security, and a smooth experience — as well as to improve user experience, send advertisements and notifications, and protect your account — we gather the following device and log details when you access our services: unique device identifiers, GAID, device model, system language, country, advertising ID, operating system version, system build number, IP address, software release version, network type, network performance metrics, and service log entries.

3. Feedback and Support Data

When you reach out to us with comments or customer service inquiries, we collect the information and attachments you provide, along with your contact details (e.g., phone number and email address). This enables us to respond to you, address your questions, and offer further support.

4. Face Recognition Data

When you use face editing or synthesis tools, we automatically detect the positions and contours of your facial features. This facial data is analyzed temporarily for photo processing, and the resulting images are returned to you. We do not retain any original photos, videos, facial feature data, or final renderings, nor do we share them with outside parties. This processing occurs solely to enable face recognition and deliver better results. If your editing involves someone else's facial features, you must inform that individual and secure their permission beforehand.

5. Cloud Processing

To achieve fast and precise image and video processing, we may temporarily send the materials or associated tags to a cloud server for effect rendering. These uploads are used exclusively for processing via the relevant features. We do not keep the materials, tags, or any related data longer than necessary. They are not used for any other purpose, nor are they shared with third parties.

Access Permissions

To deliver better and more efficient products and services while improving your experience, we may request certain permissions on your device for additional features. With your approval and following the principle of collecting only the minimum necessary data, we obtain the permissions listed below along with the related information:

1. Storage Permission (Read/Write External Storage): Required to read from and write files on your external storage during video editing tasks.

2. Camera Permission: Allows you to capture photos and record videos directly within the app.

3. Network Access Permission: Enables various online functions, including retrieving and downloading materials.

Managing Your Permissions

The information accessed through these permissions is sensitive. If you decline a permission, you will only lose access to the specific feature that depends on it; other app functions will continue to work normally. You may review the current permission status at any time through your device's system settings. You are free to enable or disable any or all of these permissions as you see fit.

Please understand that when you turn on a permission, you are authorizing us to collect and use the associated personal information solely to provide the related services. If you later disable a permission, this action revokes your prior authorization. From that point onward, we will no longer collect or use the corresponding information based on that permission. However, disabling a permission does not affect any data collection or usage that occurred while the permission was active based on your earlier approval.

Analytical Data

MoodPlay gather and study data in order to enhance our Service and improve the overall user experience. This information is handled on an aggregated basis, allowing us to recognize usage behaviors and fine-tune our products accordingly. Such summarized insights may be shared with our affiliates, authorized representatives, and business partners for research, development, and commercial purposes. You can be assured that all shared data is anonymous and does not reveal your identity or that of your customers.

User-Initiated Cloud Processing

To provide certain editing and rendering features, MoodPlay offers cloud-based processing for images and media you select.

1. Upload Trigger: The upload of your media to our cloud servers occurs only when you manually select a specific feature and actively confirm the action. We do not upload any personal media files in the background or without your direct interaction. The interface clearly informs you before the upload takes place.

2. Data Retention & Deletion: Uploaded images are stored temporarily on our servers solely to complete your immediate processing request. All uploaded original files and their processed results are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 72 hours after the upload is completed. MoodPlay do not retain, backup, or use your images for any other purpose (such as training AI models or data mining).

3. Security: All file transfers are encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Access is restricted to automated processing systems.

Third-Party SDKs and Service Providers

To deliver core features, process analytics, and support in-app purchases, MoodPlay integrates with the following third-party software development kits (SDKs). Each SDK may collect and process certain device and usage data as described below. All such processing occurs only after you have consented to this Privacy Policy.

1. AppsFlyer (provided by AppsFlyer Ltd.)

• Purpose: Mobile attribution, marketing analytics, and campaign performance tracking.

• Data collected: Device identifiers (Android ID, Google Advertising ID), IP address, app install source (referrer), conversion events, and in-app user actions. This data helps us understand how you discovered our app and improve our promotional activities.

2. Google Play Billing (provided by Google LLC)

• Purpose: Processing in-app purchases and subscription transactions.

• Data collected: Purchase details, transaction history, and order identifiers. We do not store or have access to your full payment card information; all payment data is handled directly by Google Play.

3. Google Install Referrer (provided by Google LLC)

• Purpose: Identifying the source (channel) that led to your app installation.

• Data collected: Referrer information (e.g., which campaign or ad led to the install) and installation timestamp. This data is used exclusively for attribution analysis.

4. Google Ads Identifier & AppSet ID (provided by Google LLC)

• Purpose: Providing anonymized identifiers for analytics and ad performance measurement.

• Data collected: Google Advertising ID (AAID) and AppSet ID. You may reset or limit these identifiers at any time via your device settings.

5. Google Sign-In (provided by Google LLC)

• Purpose: Enabling Google account-based login and authentication.

• Data collected: Only when you actively choose to sign in, MoodPlay receive your basic profile information (name and email address) as provided by your Google account. No data is collected passively.

6. Functional Libraries (No Data Collection)

The following tools are used solely for technical operations such as networking, image loading, media playback, local storage, and background scheduling. They do not collect, transmit, or process any personal data: Retrofit & OkHttp (networking), Glide (image loading), ExoPlayer (media playback), DataStore (local preferences), WorkManager (background tasks), and Hilt (dependency injection).

Your Choices

1. You may limit data collection by:

2. Restricting ad tracking in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).

3. Withdrawing consent via the app settings; however, doing so may affect certain features (e.g., login, purchases).

4. Uninstalling APP– all locally stored data will be removed from your device.

Data Sharing

MoodPlay do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. The SDKs listed above share data only with their respective providers for the purposes stated, and we contractually require them to process data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Use of Your Personal Information

We may employ the data you supply, consistent with this policy, to deliver our services or to communicate with you. Below are the specific ways we may utilize your information:

1. Enhancing Our Services

Your data assists us in building, refining, operating, and delivering better offerings. By examining usage patterns, for example, we can keep the platform intuitive and easy to navigate.

2. Security Purposes

We rely on your information to support account and network safety, helping protect our services for everyone. This may involve previewing or scanning uploaded material for possibly unlawful content. Your data may also be used for fraud prevention, customer security assistance, and similar protective measures.

3. Sending Critical Notifications

We use your information to provide important updates. These include alerts related to your account status, as well as modifications to our terms, conditions, or policies.

4. Fulfilling Legal Requirements

We retain and manage your information as needed to meet our legal responsibilities. For instance, when required by relevant laws, we may record, review, analyze, and process your information, including during urgent situations.

Deletion Permission

While using our application, you retain complete authority over your information. You may erase any saved records at any moment. We value your privacy and have designed the app to support full data removal. Within the app's settings menu, you can delete your history and other stored data. Furthermore, if you remove the app from your device, any locally saved information will be erased automatically as part of the uninstallation process.

Keep in mind that once data has been deleted, it cannot be restored. If you have any inquiries regarding deletion permissions, please reach out to our support team for help.

Cookies and Other Similar Data Collection Technologies

Like most online platforms, we employ cookies, web beacons, and similar tools. Cookies are small text files saved on your device's hard drive or memory. They hold information regarding your activity within our services and serve various functions, such as verifying your identity, storing your preferences and settings, analyzing site traffic and user patterns, delivering ads and assessing their performance, and supporting social media features. Web beacons are small software elements placed on web pages or in emails to help us understand your interaction with that content.

By default, most browsers are configured to accept cookies. If you wish, you can typically adjust your browser settings to block or remove cookies. However, please be aware that doing so may limit the availability and full functionality of our services.

MoodPlay use external analytics providers to track traffic and usage patterns across our services. These providers gather data transmitted by your device or our systems, such as the pages you visit, addons you use, and other details that help us enhance our services. This analytics data is collected and combined with similar information from other users in a way that makes it unlikely to identify any individual person.

We also partner with thirdparty advertising networks to display ads on the internet or other media platforms. To evaluate ad performance and calculate payments to these networks, we integrate thirdparty components into our applications. Additionally, we may include thirdparty modules within the app to gain insights into how our services are being used.

Retention of Your Personal Information

The Company will keep your personal data for no more than 48 months. We will store and utilize your Personal Data only as long as necessary to satisfy our legal duties (for instance, when we must retain your data to adhere to applicable laws), to settle disputes, and to enforce our legal contracts and internal policies.

The Company may also preserve Usage Data for internal analytical reasons. Usage Data is typically kept for a shorter duration, except when such data is needed to enhance the security or functionality of our Services, or when legal requirements obligate us to retain it for an extended period.

Data Sharing

We never sell any personal data to outside parties. Sharing occurs only when necessary to carry out legitimate business operations.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your personal information with external service providers when needed to assist us in delivering and enhancing our Services, as well as to support other legitimate business activities. For each third party, we will verify the legal grounds for their use of your data and ensure appropriate safeguards and procedures are in place to protect your information.

Analytics Partners

To help maintain and improve our products and services, and to offer you more relevant content, we integrate partners' SDKs or other software components into our application. These SDKs may collect your unique device ID (such as AndroidID) in order to analyze how you interact with our services, measure performance, and assess effectiveness.

Legal and Safety Disclosures

We will only disclose or transfer your information when required by law, when we have your permission, or when we sincerely believe such action is necessary for the following reasons:

(a) to respond to a legal request or comply with legal obligations directed at us or our Platform's operations;

(b) to defend our rights or property;

(c) to act in urgent situations to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

General Compliance and Business Transfers

MoodPlay will not share, transfer, or disclose your personal information in any manner that violates this policy or applicable law. In the event of a merger, spin-off, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy proceeding, we may need to transfer information. In such cases, we will require the receiving entity to protect your personal data under laws, regulations, and standards no less stringent than those described in this policy.

Correction Rights Explanation

As an app user, you have the ability to fix or revise any incorrect personal details connected to your use of the application. Should any information — for example, saved preferences or profile entries — need adjustments, you may get in touch with our customer support team. We are dedicated to keeping your data accurate in order to provide you with the best possible experience.

Data Protection and Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. To guard against unauthorized access, exposure, or similar threats, we have established reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative measures to protect the data we gather while you use our Platform services. We will do our best to keep your personal information safe.

We regularly assess our policies and revise them as needed to align with business developments, technological advances, and regulatory updates. These security efforts include, but are not limited to, technical and organizational security protocols, access controls, and staff training.

While we place a high priority on protecting your data, please understand that no method of online data transmission or electronic storage is entirely secure. Even though we strive to safeguard your Personal Data using widely accepted industry practices, we cannot promise absolute security.

If we discover a breach that compromises the security of your personal information, we will inform you as required by relevant laws. By using the Platform, you agree to receive such notifications in electronic form.

Before fulfilling your request, we may ask you to provide necessary details to verify your identity.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not meant for individuals below 18 years of age (referred to as "Children"). We do not knowingly gather personally identifiable information from anyone younger than 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you realize that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please reach out to us. Should we determine that we have collected such information without verified parental permission, we will take appropriate steps to delete it from our systems.

CCPA, VCDPA, GDPR, and LGPD Rights

We follow the privacy laws established by California (CCPA), Virginia (VCDPA), the European Union (GDPR), and Brazil (LGPD). Users located in these regions are entitled to access, correct, erase, or object to the processing of their data. For assistance in exercising these rights, you may contact our support team.

Legal Basis for Processing Data

MoodPlay handle your personal data in line with relevant data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Depending on the particular situation, we rely on one of the following legal grounds for processing:

1. Legitimate Interests

We may process certain nonsensitive data to support our legitimate business goals, such as:

• Enhancing app performance and user experience

• Maintaining the security and reliability of our apps and services

• Studying app usage patterns to guide future development

When using legitimate interests as a basis, MoodPlay carefully weigh our objectives against your rights and freedoms.

2. Legal Obligations

In certain instances, we must process your data to fulfill a legal duty — for example, to meet applicable financial, tax, or regulatory requirements.

3. Vital Interests

In exceptional circumstances, we may process your data to protect your vital interests or those of another person, such as responding to a security incident that affects an application.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you feel that our handling of your personal data violates applicable data protection laws or infringes upon your rights under those laws, you have the authority to file a complaint with a supervisory body. This includes, for instance, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for residents of the European Union, as well as any other local data protection rules that may apply in your region.
